Terms and Conditions

Deposit (non-refundable deposits)
Payments (These figures do not include sales tax where applicable) All payments are non-refundable
Method #1 (3 payments) - The client shall make a deposit of 1/3 the total cost in order to secure the wedding. The next 1/3 of the total cost will be required 60 days prior to the wedding date, leaving the last 1/3 due any time prior to the wedding day. Total payment must be made prior to wedding date.
Method #2 (monthly payments) - Divide package price by the months remaining before your wedding.
Example: You plan to get married in November, 2005 and you booked in January, 2005 (10 months before the wedding date).
Example: $1000. / 10 mo.= your monthly payment of $100.
Photographer Usage: All images created by Agape Photography, copyright holder, may be used by the photographer for stock and self-promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, printed materials, web and printed portfolio use, as well as use in photography contests and any future media that may be invented.
Client's Usage: Client will be obtaining prints and CDs. digital files and may use these images for newspaper announcements of the couple as well as non-commercial web sites. Images may be used for personal use only, and may not be sold or published without the express written consent of Agape Photography, copyright holder of the images (this includes distribution to vendors associated with the wedding).
Liability: In the event that the photographer, Agape Photography, cannot perform to this agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the illness of the photographer, and if Agape Photography cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by Agape Photography will be returned to the client and Agape Photography shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are lost through camera malfunction or processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer.

**All pictures will be sent via USPS in about 3 1/2 to 5 weeks after wedding for a nominal fee or can be picked up at our home or office. You must order food for all employees of Agape Photography that is present at wedding and reception.
